Join Cassie and Jessica from 8:30am - 11am at Flex Physio for a morning of:
-Myofascial Release using equipment and props: learn how to release those tight muscles that you just can't stretch. You can become your very own massage therapist.
-Learn mindfulness techniques so you can break limiting patterns of thinking that keep you stuck and prevent you reaching your full potential
-Experience yoga and Pilates practices to help release and open up through the body including dynamic hip opening work, postural corrective exercises and deep stretching.
Suitable for all fitness levels and includes a delicious morning tea.
